After 10 years of working in our old location and expanding once at that spot, we moved into our new home at 650 Woodlawn Road West in Guelph this week. It’s just a short trip down the road from our former offices at 90 Woodlawn Road West.
The new space offers more capacity for our teams, additional meeting rooms and collaborative areas, more parking, a gym, and a larger kitchen. The new building also brings our entire Guelph team under one roof for the first time in five years. One thing remains though – the new location still offers access to the main thoroughfares of Guelph for easy client visits.
“Having our Guelph team under one roof has been a vision for the past five years,” said Eramosa president Tim J. Sutherns. “It is great that our team are more integrated and will be able to enjoy our open environment and collaborative spaces, while still having areas for quiet reflection and collaboration away from the main hub of activity. We look forward to our next 10 years in this location.

The new building was previously home to RWDI Consulting Engineers and Scientists. As such, we are working in an active construction zone as we are making the space our own. We will be adding finishing touches over the next few months as we settle in.
